Daypaint is a mood calendar. It has no account, no backend server, no analytics and no advertising, and it makes no network connections.
Nothing. Daypaint never receives your moods, notes or anything else.
The moods you log, your optional notes, your mood names and colours and your reminder time are stored only on your device. A small summary of your colours is shared with the Daypaint widget on the same device so it can draw your year. Nothing is uploaded.
If you turn on the daily reminder, Daypaint asks for notification permission and schedules one local notification a day on your device. You can turn it off in the app or in iOS Settings.
When you share a poster, Daypaint creates an image on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. What happens next depends on the app you choose. Daypaint is a journaling tool, not a medical product, and does not diagnose or treat anything.
Daypaint stores nothing about you anywhere but your phone. Delete the app and your entries are deleted with it.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page.
