Fastward is a fasting timer and personal log. It has no account, no backend server, no analytics and no advertising, and it makes no network connections.
Nothing. The start and end times of your fasts, your chosen plan and your settings are stored only on your device. We never receive them, and Fastward does not access Apple Health or any other health data.
If you allow notifications, Fastward schedules local reminders on your device for when a fast ends and, optionally, at the halfway point. They are generated on-device; no push server is involved.
Fastward is a timer. The general stage descriptions it shows are informational only and are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified health professional before changing how you eat.
Delete individual fasts from the History screen, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your device.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page.
