Hatful draws Secret Santa names. It has no account, no backend server, no analytics and no advertising, and the app makes no network connections.
Nothing. The names you enter, the event details and the draw are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
Each person's link points to a static page at openhand.studio/s/. The match is packed into the part of the address after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to the server, and the page decodes it in the browser. We do not log, store or analyse it. Like any web page, our host sees ordinary technical request information such as the IP address, but not the contents after the #. Because the link itself contains the match, anyone who has the link can read it, so send each link only to its owner. If you share a link, your messaging app or service will handle it under its own policy.
When you share a link, Hatful uses the standard iOS share sheet. Hatful does not receive information about where it was sent.
Use Start over in the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your device.
