Knowmates is a pass-the-phone quiz for two. It has no account, no backend server, no analytics and no advertising, and the app makes no network connections of its own.
Nothing. The names you type and the answers you give exist only in the app while a game is in progress and are never sent anywhere. The app remembers only which question numbers it has already shown on your device, so that new games do not repeat questions.
Knowmates asks for no permissions: no microphone, camera, photos, contacts or location.
If you tap Share, Knowmates creates an image of your score and title with the names you entered, and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. Your quiz answers are never included. The app does not receive information about where it was sent. Once you share the image, the app or service you send it to handles it under its own policy.
Delete the app to remove everything it stores on your device.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page.
