Reflect is built to keep your journal private. This policy covers what data the app touches and where it goes.
Nothing. Reflect has no backend, no analytics, and makes no network calls. Everything you write — daily reflections, moments, tags, ratings — is stored only in the app's local database on your device, using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Nothing, unless you export or back up your data yourself (for example, through iCloud device backup, which is controlled entirely by your iOS settings, not by Reflect).
Reflect does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or trackers.
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page.
