Cite Quick Support

Questions, troubleshooting, and how to reach us.

Is the formatting guaranteed to be correct?

Cite Quick applies the published rules of APA 7th edition, MLA 9th edition and Chicago 17th edition (author-date) to the details you enter. Titles are used exactly as typed, so enter them in the capitalisation your style needs (sentence case for APA, title case for MLA and Chicago). Always check the result against your instructor's or publisher's requirements.

How do I keep italics when pasting?

Tap Copy and paste into Pages, Word, Google Docs or Notes. The clipboard carries rich text, so italic titles stay italic. Pasting into a plain-text field gives plain text.

Which sources and styles are supported?

Books, journal articles, websites and videos, entered by hand, in APA 7, MLA 9 and Chicago 17 (author-date).

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Cite Quick has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your saved citations.
