Check that your iPhone isn't on silent with the volume down, then open Settings in Core Spanish and tap Test voice. Core Spanish uses the Spanish voices built into iOS. If none is installed, add one in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Spanish. You can switch between Spain and Mexico accents in the app's Settings.
Turn on Daily reminder in Settings and allow notifications when asked. Also check iOS Settings → Notifications → Core Spanish, and that Focus modes aren't silencing it.
Words you answer well come back after longer and longer gaps; words you miss come back sooner. Your daily goal counts the cards you finish each day, and your streak counts the days you reach that goal.
Only on your device. Core Spanish has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your progress.
