Add everyone, add any pairs who shouldn't draw each other, and tap Draw names. Hatful makes one link per person. Use the share buttons to send each person their own link; they open it in any browser and tap to reveal. Or use Pass the phone to reveal everyone's match on one device.
Your pairs leave someone with nobody valid to pick, or someone that nobody can pick. For example, one pair among only three people can't work. Hatful names the people involved; remove a pair or add more people.
No, by design. Hatful only shows share buttons. If someone loses their link, use their share button again to resend it. Starting over makes a new draw, and links you sent earlier will no longer match it.
Make sure the whole link was copied, including everything after the # sign. Some apps cut long links; try sending it with a different app.

Only on your device. Hatful has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your data.
