Questions, troubleshooting, and how to reach us.

How are weeks counted?

Lifeloom counts whole 7-day blocks from your birthday to today, using calendar days, so leap years are handled exactly. The highlighted square is the week you are in now.

How do I set the wallpaper?

Open the Wallpaper tab, pick a style and theme, tap Save to Photos, then choose the image as your wallpaper in iOS Settings, Wallpaper. The top of the picture is kept clear for the Lock Screen clock.

How do I make it update every day?

In the Shortcuts app, create a Time of Day automation, add the Generate Wallpaper action from Lifeloom, then add Save to Photo Album (or any action that uses an image). Turn off Ask Before Running. iOS may ask you to confirm the first time.

The life wallpaper says to enter my birthday

Open the Life tab and enter your birthday once. The Year progress style works without it.

I do not want to show a total lifespan

In Settings, turn off Show the end of the grid. The grid then shows only the years so far, rounded up to the next decade, with no total. Nothing in Lifeloom is a prediction.

The widget shows the wrong day

The widget refreshes at midnight. If it looks stale, remove it and add it again from the widget gallery.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Lifeloom has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your data.
