Questions, troubleshooting, and how to reach us.

How do the tests work?

Reaction time: tap to start, wait for green, then tap as fast as you can. Five attempts are averaged; tapping early is a false start and does not count. Click speed: the clock starts on your first tap and counts taps for 5 or 10 seconds. Number memory: remember the digits, then type them back; one mistake ends the run. Visual memory: tiles flash, then tap them back; you have three lives.

What do the tier labels mean?

Labels such as Lightning, Quick and Average are just for fun and are based on commonly cited typical ranges. Zapwit does not compare you with other people.

Why do my scores differ between phones?

Screens and touch sensors add a small delay of their own, so reaction time and click speed vary by device. Compare scores on the same device.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Zapwit has no account and no server, so deleting the app deletes your data. You can also use Clear history on the Records screen.
