These terms cover every app published by Openhand Studio, including Reflect, Anchor, Fastward, Spendly, Chorely, Lecturely, Tablez and Quizroom. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to these terms.
Each app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You're responsible for the content you create in the app (journal entries, session history, and similar).
Some apps offer an optional Pro subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime unlock, billed through your Apple ID account:
Apps such as Fastward and Vitalog are tools for personal tracking and general information only. They do not provide medical advice and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified health professional before making changes to your diet, fasting, exercise or medication. Stop using an app and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
Band Vocab is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of IELTS (the British Council, IDP and Cambridge University Press & Assessment), and using it does not guarantee any exam result.
Lexform is an independent study aid for vocabulary and math formulas. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board; SAT is a trademark of the College Board. Using it does not guarantee any exam result, and the formula cards are brief reminders, so check them against your course materials.
Spendly is a tool for tracking your own spending. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and the figures it shows depend entirely on what you enter. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Lecturely records audio and uses on-device AI to write summaries and answers. Only record people who know and agree; laws and school or workplace rules differ and you are responsible for getting permission. AI-written content can be wrong, so check it against the transcript before relying on it. Notedeck likewise generates flashcards and quiz questions on-device from the notes you provide; those can contain mistakes too, so check them against your notes. Notedeck is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result. Subbed turns the speech in your videos into captions on-device; automatic captions can contain mistakes, so check them before you share a video, and only caption videos you have the right to use. Thenly creates before and after images and videos on your device from photos you choose; only share photos of other people with their permission, and you are responsible for what you share. Yearroll calculates statistics about your photo library on your device and is for entertainment only; counts depend on the photos you give it access to and may not be exact. Dayvow tracks challenges you set up yourself; for health or fitness challenges, listen to your body, as Dayvow is a tracker and not medical advice. Daypaint is a journaling and colouring tool for your own mood notes; it is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Zapwit is a game for entertainment: its speed and memory tests and fun tier labels are not medical, clinical or scientific measurements, and results vary by device. Knowmates is a party game for entertainment: its score and playful titles are not a relationship test, compatibility measure or advice of any kind. Bingly is a game and party tool for entertainment: bingo cards are generated from the squares you provide, and you are responsible for the content you add and share. Shutterbit stores the photos you choose on your device and creates collages and posters from them; only share photos of other people with their permission, and you are responsible for what you share and for staying safe when you look for photos. Pawdentity makes playful pet cards for fun; they are not official documents, cannot be used as identification, registration or proof of vaccination, and you are responsible for the photos and details you add and share. Fibbly is a party game for entertainment: you are responsible for the names and custom words you add and share, and for playing it with friends in good humour. Sixmark is a number puzzle game for entertainment; daily puzzles are generated on your device from the date and results are for fun only. Scrawlly is a drawing game for entertainment: you are responsible for the drawings, prompts and guesses you create and share, and for playing it with friends in good humour. Lexweave is a word game for entertainment: boards are generated on your device from the date, and the word list may not contain every valid word. Nominee is a party game for entertainment: you are responsible for the names and custom prompts you add and share, and for playing it with friends in good humour. Thumbrawl is a game for two players on one phone, for entertainment only; play it on a stable surface, take breaks, and play in good humour. Rungly rewrites reading material on-device with Apple Intelligence; its versions can contain mistakes or change details, so the teacher must review and edit every version before using it with students. Its general-supports version is a starting point only and must be checked against each student's actual plan.
Essay Coach gives AI-generated coaching feedback on drafts you provide, produced on your device. It is not a grade, does not predict a grade or admission result, and can contain mistakes. It is designed not to rewrite your work; you remain responsible for your own writing and for following the originality and academic-integrity rules that apply to you.
Markwise gives AI-generated suggested levels, evidence quotes and draft feedback comments on student work you provide, produced on your device. They are drafts that can contain mistakes. You are responsible for every grade and comment you decide to use, and for following your school's policies.

All words, definitions and example sentences in the app were written by Openhand Studio.
Snipply, Pencilly and Gourdly work on photos you choose, on your device. Only use photos of other people with their permission, and you are responsible for what you share. Gourdly stencils are a guide: take care when carving, and children should have adult supervision with cutting tools. Garbly records and changes voices; only record or share other people's voices with their permission. Hatful and Wishlet create links that you share yourself. Anyone who has a link can open it, so send it only to the people you intend, and you are responsible for the names, details and notes you add.
Askwell, Chalkly, Mimly, Landform and Twinhue are games and conversation prompts for entertainment. You are responsible for any names or custom content you add and share. Trace ABC is made for young children; a parent or caregiver should set it up and supervise use.
Apps are provided "as is." We work to keep them reliable, but we don't guarantee they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Openhand Studio isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of an app.
