VisaWise helps you track a visa or immigration process — checklists, deadlines, appointments, and scanned documents. This policy covers what data the app touches and where it goes.
Everything you enter — process details, checklist items, appointment details, and scanned documents — is stored on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, this data is also backed up to your own private iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit), using your own iCloud storage. VisaWise has no servers of its own and cannot see, access, or store your data.
Camera / document scanning is used only to scan documents into your on-device vault. Photo Library access is used only if you choose to add a document from your library instead of scanning. Face ID is used only to lock the document vault on your own device — this never leaves your device and VisaWise never sees it. Calendar access is used only to add appointments you create in the app; VisaWise never reads your existing calendar events. Notifications are used only to remind you about expiry dates, appointments, and renewal dates you set.
VisaWise Pro is an auto-renewing subscription processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
VisaWise does not use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics, or trackers.
Deleting the app removes your data from your device. If you used iCloud backup, you can remove it via iCloud settings on your device.
