Questions, troubleshooting, and how to reach us.
Only you and the co-parent who accepted your invite link — CoParent has no company server and no third role. There's no way yet to give someone read-only or partial access from inside the app.
No, by design. Once sent, a message can't be edited or deleted by either parent, and each message is cryptographically chained to the one before it so tampering with its content afterward is detectable. This makes the log tamper-evident, but it isn't a legal notarization service — an exported PDF may help with mediation or court, but CoParent doesn't guarantee its admissibility.
No. CoParent restores your family pairing automatically on any device signed into the same iCloud account. If it doesn't pick back up after opening the app, email us.
Free covers one child and the last 30 days of calendar, expense, and message history. CoParent Pro removes the child limit, unlocks full history, PDF export, and the running expense balance between parents.
Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Family (if you created it) or Leave Family (if you joined it). See the Privacy Policy for what each one actually does.
Email us with what happened and what you expected instead — a holiday-schedule exception, a document vault, a way to pay a balance directly, whatever it is, we read every one of these.
